SHIPPING POLICY

*All prices include free postage Australia wide (unless otherwise stated, in which case contact us for a postage quote and your item will be sent once payment is received for P&H).

*Items will be sent with 3 business days via regular Australia Post parcel delivery. Tracking numbers on your item are available, contact us if you would like your tracking details. We can express post at an additional cost, contact us at the time of placing your order to arrange.

*Items are sent from Melbourne, Vic. Delivery times vary according to Australia Post's delivery estimates, usually items will take 2-6 business days to be received. Some remote areas can take up to 8-10 business days, check the Australia Post website for details on your location.

Items are sent via REGULAR PARCEL POST, if you require insurance or a signature or express post as an optional extra PLEASE INDICATE THIS at the time of placing your order by contacting us via text message to 0414095053 or email rjljptyltd@bigpond.com. These additional services are available at an additional cost which must be paid by you prior to your item being shipped.

Refund / Returns Policy
DAMAGED GOODS

Although we take all due care to package items appropriately, from time to time they can be damaged in the delivery process. Compensation may be available from Australia Post even if you have not selected insurance as an optional extra, contact your local post office for details. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange collection of your damaged goods and a replacement item.
